I am Sarah. I have been teaching high school art for over 20 years. I enjoy facilitating the creative process for high schoolers and find their artistic growth and enthusiasm very rewarding. In addition to teaching I love to spend time decorating my home. I enjoy style and fashion and have always been a fan of all types of music. I also enjoy the quiet, I love nature and animals.  I like tangible things and am a bit overwhelmed with the speed in which technology is taking over. I am edgy, yet reserved. I love to paint, draw, sculpt, manipulate materials. I love portraiture and figurative art, but will experiment with everything. My art influences are many and everchanging, but lately are John Singer Sargent, Jenny Saville, Phil Frost, and Alice Neel.
